Let us summarize your clients medical records in a way that highlights their disability and why they should be approved based on. We know what to look for and make it easy to reference.

Pre-Hearing Brief
We provide a comprehensive claimant background, list of alleged disabilities, symptoms, treatment sources and notes, medications summary, work history summary, theory of disability, listings and GRIDs researched and applied, and a fully medical records summary.

- $50.00 for first two hours of work.
- Pro-rated after 2 hours, depending on services needed.
Medical Records Summaries
- $125.00 for first 700 pages
- $155.00 for 701-1100 pages
- $200.00 for 1101-1700 pages
- $250.00 for 1701-2250 pages
**Brief charge is in addition to the medical summary and starts at $125.00 in addition to medical summary cost.
Other:

- $30.00 flat rate for reconsideration and request for hearing appeals with client interview.
